The preliminary agenda for the next meeting of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee (“TAAC”) is attached for your information. The TAAC meeting will take place in the David Silver Conference Room (12th floor) of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, D.C, 20005 on Wednesday, October 26 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET and Thursday, October 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET. Attire for the meeting is business.

The Committee dinner will be held on Wednesday, October 26 at 6:30 p.m. at The Oval Room, located at 800 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20006 (corner of H & Connecticut Streets, between 16th & 17th). The phone number for the restaurant is 202-463-8700. Committee members electing to attend the dinner will pay a flat amount of $85.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel three business days in advance in order to receive a refund. Attire for dinner is business casual.
