RE: NOTICE OF COCKTAIL RECEPTION/DINNER FOR COMMITEE MEMBERS
ON FEBRUARY 27, 1991

We want to invite each Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee
member who will attend the February 28 meeting in St. Petersburg
to join us for a cocktail reception and dinner at Pepes
Restaurant on the evening before the meeting, February 27, 1991.
The cocktail reception will start at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner
at 7:30 p.m. Pepes is located next door to the Holiday Inn where
you will be staying that night.
We need to hear from those of you who want to attend the
dinner function no later then tomorrow, February 22, 1991.
Please complete the attached form and fax it to Rita Pemberton at
202/293-1058 no later then tomorrow, 2-22-91. Once you have
faxed a positive response, you will be counted in the guarantee
that we must give Pepes in advance of the dinner. Accordingly,
if you decide not to attend the dinner but fail to fax your
cancellation by Monday, February 25, 12:00 noon, we will bill you
anyway as we will have to pay for your dinner whether or not you
attend.
