TO: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 12-11 RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR IOAC MEETING - SEPTEMBER 29, 2011
The preliminary agenda for the September 29 meeting of the ICI International Operations Advisory Committee (“IOAC”) is attached for your information.
Meeting Time & Location
The IOAC meeting will take place in both Luxembourg and Quincy, MA, with the meeting sites linked by video conference. In Luxembourg, the meeting will be hosted by International Financial Data Services (“IFDS”) at 47, avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. Boston Financial Data Services (“BFDS”), located at 2000 Crown Colony, Quincy, MA 02169, will provide the U.S. meeting site.
In Quincy, the meeting will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. ET. Continental breakfast will be provided at the start of the meeting and lunch will be available after the meeting concludes. In Luxembourg, the meeting will be preceded by a networking lunch to begin at 12:30 p.m. CEST. The IOAC meeting will take place from 2:00-7:00 p.m. CEST.
Committee Dinner – September 29 in Luxembourg
A Committee dinner will be held in Luxembourg at Chez Bacano on September 29 at the conclusion of the meeting. The dinner cost is $85.00 per person, which you will pay at the time that you register for the IOAC dinner. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel more than 3 business days in advance in order to receive a refund.

The annual ALFI Global Distribution Conference (formerly called the Investment Funds Forum) will be held in association with NICSA and HKIFA on September 27 and 28, 2011.
