The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place on Tuesday, October 25 and Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort located at 21500 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. The Hyatt Regency is approximately 13 miles from Orange County Airport/SNA and approximately 18 miles from Long Beach Airport/LGB. The meetings will take place in the Fountain Room. On Tuesday, October 25, the meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m., lunch will be served at noon, and conclude at 5:00 p.m. On Wednesday, October 26, continental breakfast will be available at 8:15 a.m., the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is expected to conclude by 1:00 p.m. Please note that the times are in Pacific Standard Time. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort located at 21500 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 for the evenings of October 24th and October 25th at a rate of $239.00 per night. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (714)698-1234 or (800)233-1234 and indicate that you are an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by September 22, 2011 to receive the block room rate. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
Committee Dinner
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of Tuesday, October 25 at the 21 Oceanfront Restaurant located at 2100 West Oceanfront, Newport Beach, CA 92663. 21 Oceanfront is approximately 4 miles from the Hyatt Regency. The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:15 p.m. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay a standard amount of $105.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Please note the dinner charge has increased slightly from previous dinners held this year in order to cover the actual costs being incurred. Please note that if you confirm attendance for the BDAC dinner and cancel within 3 business days of the scheduled event, you will be charged the $105.00. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
