RE: AGENDA FOR MEETING - FEBRUARY 28, 1991

Attached is the agenda for the February 28, 1991 meeting of
the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee. The meeting will begin at
8:30 a.m. in Classroom B which is located on the First Floor at
the offices of Raymond James & Associates, 880 Carillon Parkway,
St. Petersburg, Florida 33733. Lunch will be served and the
meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:30 p.m.
Although the $49.00 room rate which was offered to you in
the block we had reserved at the Holiday Inn is no longer in
effect, you can still call the hotel and get a room at their
regular prices (see memo to Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee No.
2-91 attached).
If you have not already done so, please call Rita Pemberton
at 202/955-3551 to let her know whether or not you plan to attend
this meeting.
