For your information, here are the minutes of the Direct
Marketing Committee meeting, which was held on January 16, 1991
in Miami Beach, Florida.
As we previously informed you, the next meeting of the Direct
Marketing Committee will be held in Washington on April 24, 1991
at 9:30 a.m. It will be followed by a joint luncheon with the
Sales Force Marketing Committee. We will send you more detailed
information in the near future.
