TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 30-11 RE: PLEASE REVIEW DRAFT RECOMMENDATIONS OF TAX ITEMS FOR 2011-12 TREASURY GUIDANCE PRIORITY LIST
Please review the attached draft of the ICI’s recommendations to the Treasury Department and the IRS for the 2011-12 Guidance Priority List. The draft includes items that the ICI previously recommended for guidance as well as new items connected to the RIC Modernization Act and the Dodd-Frank Act. Submissions are due by Wednesday, June 1st. Please provide any comments by noon of June 1st.
