SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 52-11 RE: REMINDER - JUNE 15 EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING - DRAFT AGENDA ATTACHED
The next meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room and will conclude no later than 12:30 p.m. Lunch will be served after the meeting. A draft meeting agenda is attached.
In addition to a discussion of the agenda items, senior staff from the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets will attend the meeting to discuss trading and market structure issues. Given the number of significant issues currently being examined relating to trading and market structure reform, please make every effort to send a representative from your firm to the meeting.
