As previously announced, a meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, May 12th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm EDT. (Please note that the end time of the meeting has been extended from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.)
I am pleased to inform you that Doug Bond, Executive Vice President, Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. will be joining us to speak on current perspectives on closed-end fund opportunities. A draft agenda for the meeting is attached.
