The attached detailed memorandum will serve as the agenda for the Tax Committee meeting/conference call to discuss RIC Modernization implementation.
The meeting will be held, as we informed you previously, at 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, March 8, 2011. The meeting details, however, have changed. Specifically, the only location for the in-person discussion will be a new ICI conference room (12A). The meeting will not be video-conferenced from San Mateo, California.
