As we previously informed you, the next meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, February 17th. Jennifer McHugh, currently the Acting Director of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, has agreed to speak at the meeting.
The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two locations:
