The preliminary agenda for the next meeting of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee (“TAAC”) is attached for your information. The TAAC meeting will take place in the David Silver Conference Room (12th floor) of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, D.C, 20005 on Wednesday, February 2 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET and Thursday, February 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET.

The Committee dinner will be held on Wednesday, February 2 at 6:30 p.m. at Bobby Van’s Grill, located at 1201 New York Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20005 (corner of 12th Street). The phone number for the restaurant is 202-589-1504. Committee members electing to attend the dinner will pay a flat amount of $85.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel three business days in advance in order to receive a refund. Attire for dinner is business casual.
