TO: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 12-10 RE: REMINDER: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS COMMITTEE CALL DECEMBER 15; DRAFT AGENDA ATTACHED
The next meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 15, 2010, by conference call. The call will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time and should conclude no later than 1:30 p.m. A draft agenda is attached.
Susan Nash, Associate Director, and Bill Kotapish, Assistant Director, from the SEC’s Division of Investment Management will participate in the call to discuss recent developments at the SEC affecting variable insurance products.
