TO: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 10-10 RE: REMINDER: DECEMBER 15 VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING; DRAFT AGENDA ATTACHED
The next meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time in the 11th Floor Conference Room and should conclude no later than 2:00 p.m. A draft agenda is attached.
Susan Nash, Associate Director, and Bill Kotapish, Assistant Director, from the SEC’s Division of Investment Management will attend the meeting to discuss recent developments at the SEC affecting variable insurance products.
