Last week, we circulated a draft comment letter on the SEC's proposal to reform Rule 12b-1. [1]  We will have a conference call with members of the SEC Rules Committee and Small Funds Committee on Friday, October 29th at 2:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the draft. 

This call will be one of a series of calls we are having with particular sets of committees on the draft.  The full schedule of member calls is as follows:

Money Market Funds Advisory Committee 11:00 a.m. on October 27th Pension and Pension Operations Committees 2:00 p.m. on October 27th Operations Committee, BDAC, BTRAC and TAAC 1:00 p.m. on October 29th SEC Rules Committee and Small Funds Committee 2:30 p.m. on October 29th
