TO: TRANSFER AGENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 58-10 RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA - OCTOBER 20-21, 2010 TRANSFER AGENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
The preliminary agenda for the next meeting of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee (“TAAC”) is attached for your information. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 20 from 2:00 p.m. (note - earlier than usual start time) to 5:00 p.m. ET and Thursday, October 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET. Please note that the meeting will not take place at the ICI offices because the David Silver Conference Room will be under construction at that time. Instead, we will meet nearby in the auditorium of the National Association of Homebuilders Building at 1201 15th Street, NW, Washington, D.C., 20005 (15th & M). Attire for the meeting will be business casual.

Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel three business days in advance in order to receive a refund. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
