A meeting of the task force is scheduled for Tuesday,
February 12, 1991 at 10:00 a.m. in the 6th floor board room of
the Investment Company Institute, 1600 M Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. 20036.
In preparation for the meeting, please review the attached
draft memorandum prepared by Kirkpatrick & Lockhart proposing an
NASD rule regarding NSCC’s Networking system. The memorandum is
intended to reflect discussions of the task force at its meeting
last year.
