TO: CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE No. 18-10 RE: NOTICE OF CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE MEETING-TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH, 2010 IN NEW YORK CITY

 

A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 16th at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel, 119 West 56th Street, New York, NY.  The meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time and end at approximately 3:00 p.m.  Lunch will be provided.

Please also note that the ICI will be having the 2010 Closed-End Fund Conference on Wednesday, November 17th at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel.  The conference will feature industry experts discussing the most recent regulatory and market developments affecting closed-end funds.  For more information about the conference, visit the ICI’s website at http://www.ici.org/events/upcoming/conf_10_cef.

Online Registration

We are offering online registration using Cvent for members attending the committee meeting.  If you plan to attend the meeting, please register no later than November 2, 2010 by registering through the following link http://members.ici.org/reg/cef.   This will enable us to determine the number of attendees to expect and ensure we have adequate space and food and beverages.  When you register, please provide potential topics you would like to discuss at the meeting.
