The joint meeting of the Pension and Pension Operations Advisory Committees will take place on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. The meeting will take place in the David Silver Conference Room at the Institute’s offices located at 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. Lunch will be served.
Agenda
A preliminary meeting agenda is attached. If you have additional issues you would like to discuss at the October 5th meeting, please submit them in advance on the attached response form or to Anna Driggs (adriggs@ici.org or 202/218-3573). As with prior meetings, we plan to include time for members to discuss reporting and compliance issues—we would appreciate if you include those items in the space provided on the meeting request form.
Invited Speakers
We have invited SEC staff to discuss SEC initiatives on target date funds, 12b-1 fees and the broker-dealer fiduciary proposal. Other speakers also may be invited.
October 4th Dinner
We are organizing a dinner for the evening of Monday, October 4th at 6:30 p.m. for members and ICI staff who would like to get together informally.
