TO: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE No. 9-10 RE: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE - NOVEMBER 2 & 3, 2010
The next meeting of the Technology Committee will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 2 & 3, 2010 at the offices of Eaton Vance Management, Two International Place, 13th Floor, Boston, MA. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on November 2 & 3 and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. on both days. Participants are encouraged to attend both meetings.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Langham Boston, 250 Franklin Street, Boston, MA for the evenings of November 1 and 2 at a rate of $265 single/double per night. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (617) 451-1900 or (800) 791-7761 and indicate that you are an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by Monday, October 11, 2010 to receive the room block rate. Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
There is a committee dinner scheduled for November 2nd at Dolce Vita Restaurant, 221 Hanover Street, (617) 720-0422 at 6:30 p.m. If you plan to sign up for the dinner, there is a cost of $85.00. Please note that dinner cancellations must be made at least 3 business days in advance of the event in order to receive a refund of your payment.

Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay the standard amount of $85.00 via credit card as part of the registration process.
