TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 19-10 RE: RIC MODERNIZATION LEGISLATION HEARING SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 15
We are pleased to inform the Tax Committee that Richard E. Neal (D-MA), Chairman of the House Ways and Means Select Revenue Measures Subcommittee, has announced that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing focusing on the RIC Modernization Act of 2009 (H.R. 4337). [1] The ICI has been asked to testify at the hearing, will be held on Tuesday, June 15, at 2:00 p.m. The complete witness list will be available after it is finalized.
