As we recently informed you [1], the Securities and Exchange Commission has been planning an educational seminar for preparers of Risk/Return Summary XBRL submissions. The Commission has announced that this seminar will be held on Friday, June 4, 2010 at 10 a.m. ET at their offices in Washington. The seminar is expected to last until 12:30 p.m. It will have a live webcast and will be archived for later viewing.

 

The Commission is seeking suggestions for questions and topics to be discussed at the seminar. Instructions for submitting these are provided in the Commission’s press release at http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2010/2010-71.htm.
