TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 12-10 RE: REGISTRATION FOR TAX COMMITTEE MEETINGS ON JUNE 7 AND 8 IN FORT WORTH, TEXAS
The next regularly-scheduled meetings of the Tax Committee will be held on Monday, June 7, and Tuesday, June 8, at the offices of the American Beacon Funds in Forth Worth, Texas. The offices’ address is 4151 Amon Carter Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76155.
The meeting on June 7 will begin at 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served prior to the meeting. The tentative plan for the June 7 meeting, as discussed on the April 21 monthly call, is to focus on international tax issues. We are working with one of the accounting firms to develop a presentation that would kick off the meeting. Arrangements are being made for Tax Committee members that evening to join a group for dinner or to attend a baseball game between the Texas Rangers and the Seattle Mariners.
The meeting on June 8 will begin at 9:00 a.m. This second-day meeting, as always, will involve a discussion of all issues of interest to the Tax Committee, including the ICI’s tax agenda and recent legislative and regulatory developments. Lunch will be served at the conclusion of the meeting.
We are pleased to inform you that we are now offering online registration using Cvent for members attending the ICI committee meetings and for dinner. To register for the Tax Committee meetings and one of the evening events, please visit our registration site at http://members.ici.org/reg/tax.
