TO: EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 8-10SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 12-10 RE: REMINDER - APRIL 19 EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING; DRAFT AGENDA ATTACHED
A meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Monday, April 19, 2010, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room and will conclude no later than 2:00 p.m. A draft agenda is attached.
In addition to a discussion of the agenda items, senior staff from the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets will attend the meeting to discuss trading and market structure issues. Given the number of significant issues currently being examined relating to trading and market structure reform, please make every effort to send a representative from your firm to the meeting.
