TO: CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE No. 5-10     RE: NOTICE OF CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE MEETING-THURSDAY, MAY 20TH, 2010 IN NEW YORK

 

A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, May 20th at the offices of UBS Global Asset Management Inc., 1285 Avenue of the Americas, 12th Floor, New York, NY.  The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time and end at approximately 1:00 p.m.  Lunch will be provided.

 

Online Registration

We are pleased to inform you that we are now offering online registration using Cvent for members attending the ICI committee meetings.  If you plan to attend the meeting, please register no later than May 6th, 2010 by registering through the following link http://members.ici.org/reg/cef.   This will enable us to determine the number of attendees to expect and ensure we have adequate space and food and beverages.  When you register, you will be asked to provide potential topics you would like to discuss at the meeting.
