1. Attached is the preliminary agenda for the Public
Information Committee meeting of January 18, 1991.
2. The ad hoc subcommittees are scheduled to meet on Thursday,
January 17 from 4:30 - 6:00 pm. Subcommittee meetings are
restricted to Public Information Committee members only.
3. Please note that the starting time of the Public
Information Committee meeting has been changed from 10:30 a.m. to
11:00 a.m. to avoid any overlap with the Shareholder
Communication meeting (8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January
18).
If you have not already done so, please notify Clare Glynn
at 202/955-3555 to let her know whether you plan to attend the
Public Information Committee meeting. Also, please notify Clare
or Betty Hart at 202/955-3532 (Fax 202/293-2673) if you plan to
attend one of the subcommittee meetings:
