RE: POSTAL SERVICE RULE CHANGE

As you know, at the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee
meeting on December 5th we requested your critique of our
comments to the U.S. Postal Service on their proposal to amend
current automation based rate requirements. To facilitate your
review I have enclosed a copy of the proposed postal regulations
and the Institute's comment letter.
Please submit your comments, or those of your mailing
service agent, to the undersigned for use by the Postal Service
Task Force which was formed at the December 5th meeting and
includes:
