TO: CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE No. 27-09 RE: REMINDER: NOVEMBER 4TH CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE MEETING
As previously announced, a meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 4th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EDT. Lunch will be served during the meeting. I am pleased to inform you that Cecilia Gondor, Executive Vice President, Thomas J. Herzfeld Advisors, Inc., will be joining us to speak on, among other things, recent trends in the closed-end fund industry. A draft agenda for the meeting is attached.
