The SEC Rules Committee meeting has been scheduled for
Thursday, January 10, 1991 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be
held at the Capital Hilton Hotel, 16th & K Streets, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. Lunch will be served immediately following the
committee meeting.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Capital Hilton.
Please call 202/393-1000, as soon as possible, if you wish to
make a reservation.
Please remember that the space at the meeting is limited to
members of the committee, or their alternates. To assist us in
obtaining an accurate registration of attendees, please indicate
in the space provided on the attached registration form if you or
