CCO Committee to Meet by Conference Call on Tuesday, November 17th From 2-3:30 PM Eastern

TO: CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER COMMITTEE No. 15-09     RE: CCO COMMITTEE TO MEET BY CONFERENCE CALL ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH FROM 2-3:30 PM EASTERN

 

As you may recall, the November meeting of the ICI’s CCO Committee has been postponed until January 2010.  This will enable us to coordinate the meeting with the SEC’s National CCOutreach program, which has been postponed until January.  In lieu of the in-person meeting in November, we have decided to hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 17th from 2-3:30 p.m. (Eastern) via conference call. The agenda items will be comprised of those issues that members raised in their response to the ICI’s email soliciting interest in a telephonic meeting.
