TO: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 10-09 RE: REMINDER -- JUNE 18 VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING BY CONFERENCE CALL; DRAFT AGENDA
As we previously informed you, a meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2009.
Please note that the meeting will be conducted by conference call. There will not be an in-person gathering at the offices of the Investment Company Institute. The conference call will begin at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time and should conclude no later than 2:30 p.m.
Bill Kotapish of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management will participate in the conference call to discuss SEC proposals and initiatives affecting variable insurance products. A draft agenda is attached.
To participate in the conference call, you must register for the meeting. Dial-in information will be distributed only to members registered for the conference call.
