As previously announced, the next SEC Rules Committee meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 17th.  The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, with videoconference options in Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA at the following locations:

The meeting in Washington, DC will begin at noon and last until 3:30 p.m.  Lunch will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m. in DC.  Lunch will be served following the meeting in Los Angeles and during the meeting in Chicago.
