The joint meeting of the Pension and Pension Operations Advisory Committees is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2009, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. The meeting will take place in the David Silver Conference Room at the Institute’s offices located at 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. Lunch will be served.
Agenda and Speakers
Agenda for the meeting is attached. Please provide your suggestions for any additional issues to be discussed at the June 3 meeting on the attached response form or to Anna Driggs (adriggs@ici.org or 202/218-3573). As with prior meetings, we plan to include time for members to discuss reporting and compliance issues—we would appreciate if you include those items in the space provided on the meeting response form.
J. Mark Iwry, recently appointed as Senior Adviser to the Secretary of the Treasury and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Retirement and Health Policy will be our guest speaker. We also have invited senior officials from DOL.
June 2nd Dinner
If there is sufficient interest, we will organize a dinner for the evening of Tuesday, June 2, at 6:30 p.m. for members and ICI staff who would like to get together informally.
