TO: BANK, TRUST AND RECORDKEEPER ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 20-09 RE: BTRAC MEETING - JUNE 17-18, 2009
The next meeting of the Bank, Trust and Recordkeeper Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, June 17 and Thursday, June 18, 2009 at the offices of OppenheimerFunds located at 6801 South Tucson Way, Centennial, CO 80112. (If using MapQuest or Google Maps, Centennial, Colorado is also known as Englewood, Colorado). OppenheimerFunds is approximately 37 miles (50 minutes estimated driving time) from the Denver International Airport. The meetings will take place in the Auditorium in Building One on the garden level. On Wednesday, June 17, lunch will be served at 12:00 noon, the meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday, June 18, the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Continental breakfast will be provided before the meeting, lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m. Attire for the meetings is business casual. Please note that all times are reflected in Mountain Time.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Denver Marriott Tech Center located at 4900 S. Syracuse Street, Denver, CO 80237 for the evenings of June 16th and 17th at a rate of $169.00 per night. OppenheimerFunds is approximately 6 miles from the Marriott Tech Center. To make reservations, please call 1-800-266-9432 and indicate that you are an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by May 29th to receive the room block rate. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
Committee Dinner
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, June 17th at Cool River Café located at 8000 E. Belleview Avenue, Greenwood Village, CO, 80111 (303-771-4117). Cool River Café is approximately half a mile from the Marriott Tech Center. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the meal being served at 7:30 p.m. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay a standard amount of $100.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Please note that if you confirm attendance for the BTRAC dinner and cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled event, you will be charged the $100.00. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
