RE: POSTAL SERVICE AUTOMATION BASED RATE REQUIREMENTS

Enclosed for your information is a copy of the recent
proposed postal regulations regarding automation based rate
requirements and the Institute's reply comment letter. We
solicited comments from several members and two mailing houses
for preparation of the letter.
You will note that we have offered to assist the Postal
Service if they should so desire. We will keep you informed.
