SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 17-09 RE: REMINDER - MAY 14 INSTITUTIONAL MONEY MARKET FUNDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting of the Institutional Money Market Funds Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2009, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at Noon Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room and should conclude no later than 5:00 p.m.
As part of an ongoing effort to communicate the Report of the Money Market Working Group (available at http://www.ici.org/mmf/) to the ICI membership, we are planning to use most of the time allotted for the meeting to discuss in detail the Report’s recommendations and issues associated with their implementation. Given the significance of this topic, we strongly encourage all members that manage money market funds to ensure that they are represented at this meeting.
