TO: CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE No. 4-09 RE: NOTICE OF CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE MEETING - MAY 13, 2009 AT NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE
A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 13th at the New York Stock Exchange, 2 Broad Street (the entrance at the southwest corner of Wall and Broad Streets). NYSE staff will speak to the committee at the beginning of the meeting, which will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. EDT. Lunch will be served following the meeting.
We will need to provide the NYSE with a list of attendees in advance of the meeting, which NYSE security then will use to cross-check attendees on the meeting date. Therefore, please indicate on the attached response form as soon as possible, but no later than April 22nd, whether you or an alternate will attend the meeting.
Please also provide on the attached response form any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting. We look forward to seeing you on May 13th.
