Attached is the agenda for the Transfer Agent Advisory
Committee meeting which will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
December 5, 1990 in the Sixth Floor Conference Room at the
offices of the Investment Company Institute which is located at
1600 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20036. Lunch will be
served and the meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 2:30 or 3:00 p.m.
