TO: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 34-08 RE: REMINDER - DECEMBER 3 VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING; DRAFT AGENDA
A meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room.
Susan Nash and Bill Kotapish of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management will attend the meeting to discuss SEC proposals and initiatives affecting variable insurance products. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude no later than 2:00 p.m. A draft meeting agenda is attached.
