TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 73-08 RE: DRAFT AGENDA AND SCHEDULE FOR OCTOBER 30 SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING
As previously announced, an extended, in-person meeting of the SEC Rules Committee is scheduled for Thursday, October 30, with a dinner the night before. The meeting will be held at the Almas Conference Center, 1315 K Street, NW, Washington, DC (located just two blocks from the ICI offices). The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time and end at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Attached are a revised schedule of events with additional details about the meeting and dinner, as well as a draft Committee Agenda. Closer to the meeting date, we will distribute the small group discussion topics, group assignments, and the meeting materials by email to those who have registered.
