Special Meeting to be Held During the 2008 Securities Law Developments Conference

TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 77-08 RE: SPECIAL MEETING TO BE HELD DURING THE 2008 SECURITIES LAW DEVELOPMENTS CONFERENCE
As in the past, we have scheduled a meeting that will allow SEC Rules Committee members and senior staff members of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management to discuss fund-related issues on an informal basis. This meeting does not have an agenda and therefore will be held as a question and answer forum. The meeting will take place at the conference location (Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert St., NW, Washington, DC, in the Congressional Room) on Monday, December 15th from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.
Attendance is limited to members of the SEC Rules Committee or their alternates who will be attending the conference (one member per complex). [1] Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the committee meeting.
