TO: OPERATIONS COMMITTEE No. 19-08 RE: AGENDAS FOR OCTOBER 15 & 16, 2008 OPERATIONS COMMITTEE MEETINGS
There will be a joint meeting of the Operations Committee and the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee (“TAAC”) on Wednesday, October 15th from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time (PT), and a meeting of the Operations Committee only on Thursday, October 16th from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m. PT. The meetings will take place at the conclusion of the 2008 ICI Operations and Technology Conference at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. The October 15th meeting will take place in Salon ABC and the October 16th meeting will take place in Mariners Hall. The hotel is located at 21500 Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach, California. Attire for the meetings is business casual.
