TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 38-08 RE: NOTICE OF DATE CHANGE FOR OCTOBER SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING
The extended, in-person meeting of the SEC Rules Committee previously scheduled for Wednesday, October 1st has been rescheduled for Thursday, October 30th. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and end at approximately 3:30 p.m.
The meeting is being held at the Almas Conference Center, 1315 K Street, NW, Washington, DC (located just two blocks from the ICI offices). A cocktail reception and dinner will be held the evening of Wednesday, October 29th at a restaurant near the meeting location. Further details regarding the meeting, dinner, meeting registration, and hotel accommodations will be disclosed at a later date.
