TO: BROKER/DEALER ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 16-08 RE: BDAC MEETING NOTICE - JULY 23-24, 2008
The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, July 23 and Thursday, July 24, 2008 at the offices of Eaton Vance located at 200 State Street, Boston, MA, 02109. Eaton Vance is less than 4 miles (15 minutes estimated driving time) from Logan International Airport and across the street from the Marriott Boston Long Wharf. The meetings will take place on the third floor in Conference Rooms A, B & C. Attendees will need to check in with security before proceeding to the conference rooms. On Wednesday, July 23, lunch will be served at 12:00 noon, the meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday, July 24, the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Continental breakfast will be provided beginning at 8:15 a.m., lunch will be served at noon, and the meeting is expected to end at 2:00 p.m. Attire for the meetings is business casual.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriott Boston Long Wharf located at 296 State Street, Boston, MA, 02109 for the evenings of July 22nd and 23rd at a rate of $299.00 per night. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (617) 227-0800 and indicate that you are an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by June 23, 2008 to receive the room block rate. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, July 23 at 7:30 p.m. Further details on the dinner location will be forthcoming. There will be a reception on the rooftop at the Eaton Vance building located at 255 State Street, Boston, MA, 02109 (also across the street from the Marriott) from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Attire for the dinner is business casual.

Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay a standard amount of $85.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Please note that the only way to register for the BDAC meeting and dinner is through the Cvent link above.
