TO: BANK, TRUST AND RECORDKEEPER ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 13-08 RE: BTRAC MEETING NOTICE - JUNE 18-19, 2008
The next meeting of the Bank, Trust and Recordkeeper Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, June 18 and Thursday, June 19, 2008 at the offices of Goldman, Sachs and Company located at 180 Maiden Lane, New York, NY 10038. The meeting will take place in room 30C on the 30th Floor. Upon arrival, attendees must go through security and check in with the front desk before heading to the conference room. On Wednesday, June 18, lunch will be served at 12:00 noon, the meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday, June 19, the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Continental breakfast will be provided before the meeting, lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Millenium Hilton located at 55 Church Street, New York, NY 10007 for the evenings of June 17th and 18th at a rate of $ 489.00 per night. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (212) 693-2001 and indicate that you are an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by May 20, 2008 to receive the block room rate. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
Please note: This hotel is near the redevelopment site of the World Trade Center. We recommend that you request a room on the opposite side of the construction in the event of evening work.
Committee Dinner
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, June 18th at Bayard’s Restaurant located at 1 Hanover Square, New York, NY 10004 (212/514-9454). The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the meal being served at 7:30 p.m. There will be a cost of $100.00 for the dinner, which you will pay via Cvent at the time that you register for the dinner. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
