TO: EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 20-08 RE: REMINDER - EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MAY 6; FINAL AGENDA
As we previously informed you, the next meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee, will be Tuesday, May 6, 2008. The meeting will still take place at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. The final meeting agenda is attached.
Erik Sirri, Director of the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets, will attend the meeting to discuss trading and market structure initiatives at the SEC. Given the significance of these issues to funds, please make every effort to send a representative from your firm to the meeting. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude no later than 4:00 p.m.
