TO: ETF ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 8-08 RE: NOTICE OF ETF ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING, JULY 22ND
The next meeting of the ETF Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 22nd at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. eastern time. Lunch will be served.
We are pleased to announce that the meeting will begin with a guest speaker, Lisa Dallmer, Senior Vice President of ETFs & Indexes at NYSE Arca. Ms. Dallmer will discuss the impact of the Exchange’s merger with the American Stock Exchange on ETFs, the Exchange’s ETF education efforts, and the Exchange’s likely response to the SEC’s forthcoming ETF rule. She would be pleased to address other issues as requested.

We encourage you to invite colleagues as appropriate. Spaces are provided for suggested topics for Ms. Dallmer as well as for the committee agenda. A draft agenda will be circulated prior to the meeting.
