TO: CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE No. 6-08 RE: NOTICE OF DATE CHANGE FOR CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE MEETING- MAY 1, 2008
A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee, which had been scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2008, is being rescheduled for Thursday, May 1, 2008. The meeting will be held at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. in the 11th floor conference room from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. You will need to check in with our receptionist on the 12th floor upon your arrival. Lunch will be served at the start of the meeting.
The Institute will be sponsoring a closed-end fund workshop on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 in New York City. We will be holding a meeting to discuss the views of committee members on possible topics and speakers for this workshop prior to the committee meeting. That meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m. All committee members are invited to join this discussion.
Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the committee meeting and/or the workshop-planning meeting. In addition, please provide any items that you would like to discuss at the committee meeting.
