As discussed at last week’s Tax Committee meeting, the House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means Subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures will hold a hearing on Wednesday, March 5, at 10:00 am ET, to discuss the tax treatment of derivatives (including exchange-traded notes).
