TO: CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE No. 2-08 RE: NOTICE OF CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE MEETING- APRIL 16, 2008
A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Lunch will be served following the meeting.
Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the meeting. In addition, please provide any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
The Institute will be sponsoring a closed-end fund workshop on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 in New York City. We would like to hear the views of committee members on possible topics and speakers for this workshop following the conclusion of the committee meeting. All committee members are invited to join this discussion.
